In this engaging April Culture Building activity, teams will take on the roles of Instructor,
Communicator, and Blindfolded. The Blindfolded must navigate through obstacles without touching
them, but only the Instructor can see the path. The twist? The Instructor can’t speak and must guide
the Communicator through gestures, while the Communicator, who can’t see the obstacles, relays
the instructions to the Blindfolded. This game strengthens teamwork by building trust, improving
non-verbal communication, and enhancing problem-solving skills. It encourages participants to
