In July’s Culture Building activity, we played Linked Movements: The in & out Challenge, a game focused on coordination and teamwork. Each team formed a circle by joining hands and had to follow the Instructor's commands to move either “in” or “out” without breaking the chain. Multiple teams participated simultaneously, making the challenge more intense. The game required teams to synchronize their movements, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong connection. This activity enhanced team cohesion, as members had to rely on each other to stay connected and move as a unit, reinforcing the importance of unity and collaboration.
