Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods as per company procedures.
- Issue materials to production as per work orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, and handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Perform stock verification, cycle counts, and support periodic inventory audits.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain stores by following 5S, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward, outward, and stock movement transactions.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores/inventory, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and store documentation.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel/ERP preferred).
- Understanding of 5S and warehouse safety practices.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
