Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Track mounted crushing and screening machines across the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Manage and grow key customer accounts while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits with customers to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as service, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales of Track Machines, Mobile Plants, Construction Equipment, or similar heavy machinery.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment and mobile crushing/screening plants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across PAN India.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
