Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate assembly activities related to Add Wash and hydraulic equipment as per the production plan.
- Lead and guide the assembly team to ensure timely completion of assembly operations.
- Ensure all assembly work is carried out according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain and update inspection check sheets to ensure that all quality parameters are met.
- Monitor workforce productivity and track actual working hours to improve operational efficiency.
- Train and guide workers to enhance their technical skills and work discipline.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of hydraulic components and systems during assembly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor by following 5S principles.
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with safety procedures at the work centre.
- Coordinate with quality, production planning, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in assembly operations of hydraulic machines or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical assembly, and equipment installation.
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in shop floor supervision and workforce management.
- Understanding of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
