Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard new dealers based on market potential.

Monitor dealer performance, set sales targets, and support sales planning and forecasting.

Maintain strong dealer relationships and resolve operational issues related to supply, payments, or service.

Train dealer teams on product features, sales techniques, and company policies.

Support marketing activities, promotions, events, and ensure brand guideline compliance.

Conduct periodic dealer audits to ensure adherence to contracts, pricing, and service standards.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.

Monitor dealer inventory, financial performance, and credit exposure.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in dealer/channel management.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, or consumer durables is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability.
- Strong relationship-building capability.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
