My name is Kamaraj, and I am the Director of VSI Crushers Private Limited. I have been a key player in the aggregates industry for 25 years. We specialize in manufacturing M-Sand, P-Sand, and blue metal in Tamil Nadu and are an M-Sand manufacturer approved by the Public Works Department. We have supplied M-Sand and aggregates for numerous projects across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including major roads from Palakkad to Kozhikode and Walayar to Vadakkenchery.
We began our journey in manufacturing with the commissioning of our first plant with Hailstone equipment in 2018. Back then, the demand for M-Sand was at its peak, which contributed significantly to our expanding customer base. One of the key reasons for this growth is the high-quality M-Sand produced by our Hailstone machinery, which is supported by their timely service and immediate response. For example, if we experience a breakdown at our plant, we contact their customer care, and within 24 hours, service engineers attend to the issue, ensuring repairs are swiftly completed. This support is invaluable to our production and helps us meet customer demands for timely deliveries.
One of our projects, such as the Palakkad IIT project, had specific quality requirements for aggregates. The cubical shape produced by our VSI machine adheres to IS standards 383 and 1542, ensuring that our M-Sand meets high-quality standards required for such critical projects.
In 2020, with the assistance of Hailstone, we expanded to operate two plants. We have consistently delivered high-quality M-Sand from these plants to various construction projects. We take great pride in our contribution to India’s infrastructure development. One notable project was the Coimbatore Corporation Smart City project, where we supplied the base material for the Thiruvalluvar statue with Tamil script, an accomplishment that brings us immense pride.
