Instead of a regular cone, we opted for a hydrolytic cone for better shaping and gradation. The 20mm material has a superior shape thanks to the hydrolytic cone and VSI. We also added an AddWash for efficient washing.
Hailstone designed and executed the plant as per our recommendations. We are now segregating high-quality M Sand and P Sand. PWD engineers and contractors have praised the sand quality, meeting both higher standards and NHAI requirements.
