In September’s Fun at Workplace activity, we played Dora the Explorer, a thrilling blindfold challenge that tested teamwork and communication skills. Teams were divided into groups, each featuring one blindfolded member tasked with locating a hidden object. The catch? Team members could only guide their blindfolded player using animal sounds, with different tones assigned for each direction—for example, using a dog’s bark for left and a cat’s meow for right. The challenge intensified as all teams played simultaneously, creating a lively and chaotic atmosphere filled with laughter and excitement. This fun activity not only provided a great stress relief but also strengthened team bonds through creative collaboration and playful communication.
